By using this platform Connect, you shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Tharisa when using the Connect platform. In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of the platform and its contents is also subject to Tharisa policies and procedures , and your employment agreement (or other terms of engagement) with Tharisa.

Use of content

Unless otherwise indicated, you are authorised to view, but not modify, copy or disseminate the content (or any part thereof) on Connect. Your use of the content is for informational, non-commercial purposes only. If you make a permissible copy of the content, the copy you make must include the copyright notice, where applicable, or other attribution rights associated with the content.

The content on Connect is the commercial and proprietary information of Tharisa and you are only allowed to use the content in the interests of Tharisa. Tharisa reserves the right to limit, disconnect or terminate your use of Connect in the event of any abuse or misuse by you.

Security

Your use of Connect is protected by a Personal Identification Number that is only known to you. If you have lost your Personal Identification Number or its secrecy has been compromised, you must immediately (i.e. no later than 24 hours) report the loss or compromise and/or change your Personal Identification Number. A failure to do so shall constitute a material breach of Tharisa terms of reference for the use of Connect and Tharisa will not be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of your Personal Identification Number being compromised and/or lost.

Intellectual Property Rights

Connect and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of South Africa and/or foreign countries and owned and/or licensed to Tharisa. No license or right in the Platform or its contents is granted or conferred upon you.

You are not authorised to copy any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this platform.

Connect may allow you to download material, logos and trademarks of Tharisa and/or third parties. All intellectual property rights in the material, logos and trademarks remain with Tharisa and/or the third party concerned. By downloading any such material from the platform(s) you do not obtain any intellectual property rights therein. Tharisa grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the material on your mobile device only. You may not share any downloaded material with others.

Privacy Statement

We may need to collect, use, store or process your personal information to operate Connect. By continuing to use Connect, you consent to us collecting, using, storing and processing your personal information.

Such Personal information shall be collected, used, stored or processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI") and our privacy policies.
