Security

Your use of Jonsson CommUnity is protected by a Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is only known to you. You are deemed to have inserted the PIN and agree not to give your PIN or access to Jonsson CommUnity to any other person or entity. If you have lost your Personal Identification Number or its secrecy has been compromised, you must immediately change your Personal Identification Number. Jonsson Workwear Pty. Ltd will not be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of your Personal Identification Number being compromised and you will be responsible for the security of your devices.

Intellectual Property Rights

Jonsson CommUnity and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of South Africa and/or foreign countries and owned and/or licensed to Jonsson Workwear Pty. Ltd. No license or right in the Platform or its contents is granted or conferred upon you.

You are not authorised to copy any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this platform.

You are not entitled to download material, logos and trade marks of Jonsson Workwear Pty. Ltd and/or third parties from the platform(s) without the express permission of Jonsson Workwear Pty. Ltd. All intellectual property rights in the material, logos and trade marks remain with [Jonsson Workwear Pty. Ltd] and/or the third party concerned. Should you have express permission to download any such material from the platform(s), you do not obtain any intellectual property rights therein. The permission granted would only be for a non-exclusive, temporary license to display the material on your mobile device only. You may not share any downloaded material with others.
