By using this mobile application Harmony platform("Platform") you shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms of use("Terms of Use").These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Harmony when using the Platform.In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of the Platform and its contents is also subject to Harmony policies and procedures, and your employment agreement(or other terms of engagement) with us.

Use of content

Unless otherwise indicated, you are authorised to view, but not modify, copy or disseminate the content(or any part thereof) on this Platform.Your use of the Content is for informational, non - commercial purposes only.If you make a permissible copy of the Content, the copy you make must include the copyright notice, where applicable, or other attribution rights associated with the Content.

The Content on this Platform is the commercial and proprietary information of Harmony and you are only allowed to use the Content in the interests of[employers name].Harmony reserves the right to limit, disconnect or terminate your use of the Platform in the event of any abuse or misuse by you.

Security

Your use of the Platform is protected by a Personal Identification Number that is only known to you.If you have lost your Personal Identification Number or its secrecy has been compromised, you must immediately change your Personal Identification Number.Harmony will not be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of your Personal Identification Number being compromised.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Platform and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of South Africa and / or foreign countries and owned and / or licensed to[employers name].No license or right in the Platform or its contents is granted or conferred upon you.

You are not authorised to copy any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this Platform.

The Platform may allow you to download material, logos and trade marks of Harmony and / or third parties.All intellectual property rights in the material, logos and trade marks remain with Harmony and / or the third party concerned.By downloading any such material from the Platform(s) you do not obtain any intellectual property rights therein.Harmony grants you a non - exclusive, perpetual license to display the material on your mobile device only.You may not share any downloaded material with others.
