By using this mobile application platform (Wappin Cobre) you shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Cobre Panama when using the Platform. In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of the Platform and its contents is also subject to MINERA PANAMA, S.A., subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals LTD., policies and procedures, and your employment agreement with us, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, partners, business partners, business partners, contractors, clients, employees, representatives, directors, dignitaries, projects, and other associated organizations are party to this Confidentiality Agreement.
Use of content
Unless otherwise indicated, you are authorised to view, but not modify, copy or disseminate the content (or any part thereof) on this Platform. Your use of the Content is for informational, non- commercial purposes only. If you make a permissible copy of the Content, the copy you make must include the copyright notice, where applicable, or other attribution rights associated with the Content. The Content on this Platform is the commercial and proprietary information of MINERA PANAMA, S.A., subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals LTD., and you are only allowed to use the Content in the interests of MINERA PANAMA, S.A.
MINERA PANAMA, S.A., reserves the right to limit, disconnect or terminate your use of the Platform in the event of any abuse or misuse by you.
Security
Your use of the Platform is protected by a Personal Identification Number that is only known to you. If you have lost your Personal Identification Number or its secrecy has been compromised, you must immediately change your Personal Identification Number. MINERA PANAMA, S.A. will not be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of your Personal Identification Number being compromised.
Intellectual Property Rights
This Platform and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of South Africa and/or foreign countries and owned and/or licensed to MINERA PANAMA, S.A. No license or right in the Platform or its contents is granted or conferred upon you. You are not authorised to copy any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this Platform.
The Platform may allow you to download material, logos and trademarks of MINERA PANAMA, S.A. and/or third parties. All intellectual property rights in the material, logos and trademarks remain with MINERA PANAMA, S.A. and/or the third party concerned. By downloading any such material from the Platform(s) you do not obtain any intellectual property rights therein. MINERA PANAMA, S.A. grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the material on your mobile device only. You may not share any downloaded material with others.
Privacy Statement
We may need to collect, use, store or process your personal information to operate the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to us collecting, using, storing and processing your personal information.
Such Personal information shall be collected, used, stored or processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPI") and our privacy policies.

Esta Plataforma y su contenido están protegidos por derechos de autor, marcas registradas y otras leyes de propiedad intelectual de la República de Sudáfrica y/o países extranjeros y son propiedad y/o tienen licencia para MINERA PANAMA, S. A. No se le concede ni confiere a usted ninguna licencia o derechosobre la Plataforma o su contenido. No está autorizado a copiar ningún software, proceso patentado o tecnología incorporada o descrita en esta Plataforma.

Al descargar dicho material de la(s) Plataforma(s), no obtiene ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre el mismo. MINERA PANAMA, S.A. le otorga una licencia no exclusiva y perpetua para mostrar el material únicamente en su dispositivo móvil. No puede compartir ningún material descargado con otros.
