These Terms of Use govern your relationship with Black Rock Mine Operations when using the platform. In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of the platform and its contents is also subject to Black Rock Mining Operation's policies and procedures, and your employment agreement (or other terms of engagement) with us.

Use of Content

Unless otherwise indicated, you are authorised to view, but not modify, copy or disseminate the content (or any part thereof) on the “BRMOConnect”. Your use of the content is for informational, non-commercial purposes only. The content on the “BRMOConnect” is the commercial and proprietary information of Black Rock Mining Operation and you are only allowed to use the content in the interests of Black Rock Mine Operations. The Operation reserves the right to limit, disconnect or terminate your use of the “BRMOConnect” in the event of any abuse or misuse by you.

The content on My Wonderbag is the commercial and proprietary information of Wonderbag, you are only allowed to use the content in the interests of Wonderbag. Wonderbag reserves the right to limit, disconnect or terminate your use of My Wonderbag in the event of any abuse or misuse by you.

Security

Your use of the “BRMOConnect” is protected by a Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) that is only known to you. If you have lost your PIN or its secrecy has been compromised, you must immediately change your PIN. Black Rock Mine Operations will not be held liable for any loss which you may suffer as a result of your PIN being compromised.

Intellectual Property Rights

The “BRMOConnect” and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of South Africa and/or foreign countries and owned and/or licensed to Black Rock Mine Operations. No license or right in the platform or its contents is granted or conferred upon you.

Privacy Statement

You are not authorised to copy any software, proprietary processes, or technology embodied or described in this platform. All intellectual property rights in the material, logos and trademarks remain with Black Rock Mine Operations. The Operation grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display the material on your mobile device only. You may not share any downloaded material with others.

By continuing to use the “BRMOConnect”, you consent to Black Rock Mine Operations collecting, using, storing and processing your personal information. Such personal information shall be collected, used, stored or processed in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 2020 ("POPIA").

Liability

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform and the Content is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not provide any warranties, whether express of implied. We do not accept liability for any loss you may suffer as a result of your use of the BRMOConnect Platform or contents.
